Qualifications:
- Previous background in in-home sales
- Construction, foundation, waterproofing, or similar knowledge
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, self-motivated, focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Ability to represent the company in a professional positive manner
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Ability to complete all basement and crawlspace inspections
Responsibilities
- Partner with our homeowners to inspect, diagnose problems, and design solutions for their basement, crawlspace, foundation repair, or drainage.
- Provide homeowners with all options to fix problems
- Evaluate the job and provide the customer with job proposals
- Close sales with clients in the home
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers to ensure their satisfaction and expectations
