We bought a 100+ year old house last year. Sedona Waterproofing Solutions came out to evaluate the crawl space while we were in the due diligence period of the purchase. They gave us a thorough evaluation of the crawl space, their recommendation for improvements and took the time to explain what the improvements would do in the crawl space as well as helping the air quality in the house. After we closed on the house, the crew showed up on time and completed the work within the estimated number of days.

Julian recently came out to do our annual maintenance service. He inspected the entire crawl space and sealed up a few cracks in the brick that appeared over the past year.

This is the first house we have owned with a crawl space. Sedona could have easily tried to sell us a bunch of unnecessary work, but they didn’t. They sold us what our house needed and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them if you need work done on your home.
