Founder Josh Landrio learned the trade under Charlotte-area homes, working his way from crawl space technician to foreman to sales before starting Sedona Waterproofing Solution. He named the company after Sedona, Arizona, with one goal: keep your crawl space as dry as the desert.

Our region’s red clay soil drains slowly and holds water against foundations after heavy rain. Humid summers pull damp air through foundation vents, where it condenses on cooler joists and ductwork. Is a plastic vapor barrier enough for crawl spaces in Concord and Charlotte?
